Sport Taranaki are hosting their annual Healthy Active Ageing Expo & Forum in Hawera again this year.
This event is open to the public from 10 am – 12 pm with speakers/workshops starting at 10:20 and running until 11:40

Location: The Community Centre, 70 Albion Street, Hāwera
Stall holders are from a variety of businesses and organisations all available in South Taranaki to support older adults. There will also be a number of interactive workshops.
Based on feedback from previous workshops/speakers will be in a separate room this year to allow people to engage with stall holders throughout the event.
Sport Taranaki’s vision for this event is empowering attendees to actively age well, to take the opportunity to explore local support services, and to feel positive about their future by keeping active in a meaningful, safe, fun and effective way.
