World Osteoporosis Day 2024

Osteoporosis is increasing in younger people, those aged 50+

There are many factors that influence the strength of your bones

-Your diet history

-Your genetics

-Your medication history

-Your movement history and more

We often think that when we stop growing, our bones also stop growing, but while we are breathing our bones are in a constant process of remodeling and growing. It takes 7-10 years for your body to create a whole new bone. This is great news; it means it is never too late to make a difference.
